Andes Field to Fork is dedicated to providing fresh, locally-grown ingredients for the nutritious meals that are served at Andes Central School, while also giving the students hands-on opportunities to learn where their food comes from -- in the school garden, in the classroom, and through our local farms. While this new website is under construction, we invite you to enjoy the wonderful "Greenhouse Journals" of ACS alumna Serena Bacon, who is one of two local teens working in the school garden this season through the CDO Workforce Summer Youth Employment Program.
